This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of products and services offered by Coaching Central (“Coaching Central,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Olive & Lime Co., New Delhi, India.
By purchasing any product or service from Coaching Central, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy.
1. Nature of Products and Services
Coaching Central offers products and services that may include:
- Digital toolkits and downloadable resources
- Templates, worksheets, and educational materials
- Self-paced online courses
- Live and cohort-based training programs
- Course and learning portal setup services
- Website development and setup services
- Editing and marketing services
- Consulting and advisory services
- Other educational and professional services introduced from time to time
Due to the nature of digital products and customised services, refunds, returns, and cancellations are subject to the terms set out below.
2. Return and Replacement Policy for Digital Products
The majority of products offered by Coaching Central are digital in nature and become accessible immediately upon purchase.
Accordingly:
- Digital products cannot be physically returned.
- Exchanges or replacements are generally not available once access has been granted.
- All sales of digital products are considered final unless covered under the exceptions stated in this Policy.
Replacement Exceptions
A replacement, correction of access, or reissuance of the product may be considered if:
- An incorrect product has been delivered due to an error on the part of Coaching Central;
- A technical issue prevents access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period; or
- The product files are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible due to a verified technical issue originating from our systems.
Coaching Central reserves the right to investigate and verify all claims before approving any replacement or corrective action.
3. Refund Policy for Digital Products and Downloadable Resources
Because digital products are delivered electronically and become accessible immediately after purchase, all purchases are generally non-refundable.
Refund requests may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:
Duplicate Payment
Where a customer has inadvertently made multiple payments for the same product.
Verified Technical Failure
Where a customer is unable to access the purchased product due to a technical issue that cannot be reasonably resolved by Coaching Central.
Incorrect Product Delivery
Where access has been provided to a product materially different from the one purchased and the issue cannot be rectified within a reasonable period.
Refunds shall not be granted for:
- Change of mind
- Lack of usage
- Failure to review product descriptions prior to purchase
- Dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences or expectations
- Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge or equipment
- Accidental purchases by the user
4. Refund Policy for Self-Paced Online Courses
A customer may request a refund for a self-paced online course within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase, provided:
- Less than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course content has been consumed; and
- The refund request is submitted within the applicable refund period.
For the purposes of this Policy, course consumption may include:
- Videos viewed
- Lessons accessed
- Downloadable resources accessed
- Assessments attempted
- Worksheets, templates, or course materials downloaded
- Any other learning resources made available as part of the course
Coaching Central reserves the right to determine course consumption using platform analytics, access records, and system logs.
Refunds will not be granted if:
- Twenty-five percent (25%) or more of the course has been consumed;
- The refund request is submitted after seven (7) calendar days from purchase;
- The user fails to utilise the course;
- The user changes their mind after purchase;
- The user expected outcomes not expressly promised by Coaching Central.
Upon approval of a refund:
- Course access may be revoked immediately;
- Certificates, bonuses, downloadable materials, and associated benefits may be withdrawn or invalidated.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Live and Cohort-Based Programs
Certain Coaching Central programs are conducted in a live or cohort-based format with limited seats and fixed schedules.
Participant-Initiated Cancellation
Participants may cancel their enrolment at any time before the official commencement of the program.
In such cases:
- Fifty percent (50%) of the total program fee shall be retained by Coaching Central towards administrative expenses, planning costs, resource allocation, and reserved seat management.
- The remaining fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid shall be refunded to the original payment method.
No refunds shall be available once the program has commenced, regardless of:
- Attendance
- Partial participation
- Scheduling conflicts
- Personal circumstances
- Failure to complete the program
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Coaching Central
If Coaching Central cancels a live or cohort-based program before commencement and does not offer a reasonable alternative batch, participants shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
If Coaching Central substantially reschedules a program in a manner that materially affects participation, enrolled participants may choose either:
- Transfer of enrolment to another available batch; or
- A full refund of the amount paid.
6. Cancellation Policy for Professional Services
This section applies to services including but not limited to:
- Course setup services
- Learning portal development
- Website setup and development
- Editing services
- Marketing services
- Consulting services
- Advisory services
- Other customised professional engagements
Advance Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fifty percent (50%) of the project fee is payable in advance for project-based services.
- Marketing retainers are payable monthly in advance.
- Consulting and coaching engagements are payable one hundred percent (100%) in advance.
Client-Initiated Cancellation
If a client cancels a project after work has commenced:
- The advance payment shall be non-refundable.
- Coaching Central shall retain amounts already paid towards planning, consultations, resource allocation, project initiation, and work performed up to the date of cancellation.
- Any work completed up to the date of cancellation may remain billable.
Non-Cooperation or Project Delays
Coaching Central reserves the right to suspend, pause, or terminate a project where the client:
- Fails to provide required information or approvals;
- Fails to make scheduled payments;
- Engages in abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct;
- Materially interferes with the execution of the project.
Project timelines may be reasonably extended where delays occur due to client dependencies or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Refund Request Process
All refund requests must be submitted by email to:

- Full Name
- Registered Email Address
- Order ID or Transaction Reference Number
- Product, Course, or Service Purchased
- Detailed reason for the request
- Any supporting documentation that may assist in verification
Coaching Central may request additional information before reviewing or processing a refund request.
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days from approval.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon:
- Banks
- Card issuers
- Payment gateways
- International payment processors
- Financial institutions involved in the transaction
Any currency conversion charges, intermediary bank fees, or payment processing charges imposed by third-party financial institutions may not be refundable.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact Coaching Central before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks through banks, card issuers, or payment providers.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback while continuing to access purchased products, courses, or services may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access;
- Termination of accounts;
- Revocation of licences granted under purchased products;
- Recovery proceedings for unpaid amounts, where legally permissible.
10. Force Majeure
Coaching Central shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, postponements, rescheduling, or inability to perform obligations arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet failures
- Power outages
- Technical failures
- Pandemics
- Labour disputes
- Cybersecurity incidents
- Acts of God
- Other unforeseen events
In such circumstances, Coaching Central may reasonably reschedule services, modify delivery timelines, or offer alternative arrangements where feasible.
11. Amendments to this Policy
Coaching Central reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy at any time.
Any changes shall become effective upon publication on the website together with the revised effective date.
Continued use of the website and services after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
